Yes. Mariachi, banda, and DJs have all played this property, and the reception is built around live music: open-air dance floor, string lights, and room for the whole group. We are ready for whatever your celebration sounds like.

Can we bring our own caterer or taquero?

Yes. We are vendor-flexible. Bring your own caterer, taquero, or family recipes, or work from our preferred vendor list. The food at a Mexican wedding matters too much for us to force a menu on you.

Can the ceremony be in Spanish, English, or both?

Any of the three. Our family is bilingual and bicultural weddings are what this property was made for. Many of our weddings switch between languages all night, and nobody misses a thing.

How many guests can Rancho Escondido host?

Up to 200 guests, with dedicated parking for 155 or more vehicles, including vendor and DJ zones. Big families are not a problem here. They are the point.

Rancho Escondido is not a ballroom with a theme. It is a family-run ranch in Indio where horses live, where escaramuza rides, and where the traditions your family brings are traditions we already know. The ceremony happens under open desert sky. The reception sits beside a grand tiered fountain, framed by mature palms and string lights. And when the music starts, it has room to be as loud and as late as a real celebration deserves.

Mariachi has played here. Banda has played here. DJs have run the floor until the last song. Whatever your celebration sounds like, the property is ready for it, and nobody on our side of the fence will flinch.

We are vendor-flexible on purpose. Bring the caterer your family swears by, the taquero from your cousin's wedding, the tía whose mole is not negotiable. Or work from our preferred vendor list if you would rather not manage it all. Either way, the food at your boda will taste like your family, not like a banquet contract.

Many of our couples plan from Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, or further, with family coming from both sides of the border. We are two minutes off I-10 in Indio, an easy drive from anywhere in Southern California, and someone from the family answers the phone in either language.
